This Osier Cage of Ours is a collaboration between the painter Jens Fänge and Mikael Olsson. . The photographs is a kind of staged dramatization of a series of paintings. The shakespearean title refers to a basket of medicinal plants: "baleful weeds and precious-juiced flowers". The character of the images oscillate between painting and photography, between crime scene documentation and transgressive poetry.
