The book of the gourmet restaurant Oaxen Skärgårskrog is trying to capture the scents, flavors and the visual impressions from both the food and the island Oaxen.

It has been named Sweden's best restaurant several times in the restaurant guide White. In 2015, the restaurant was awarded two stars in Guide Michelin.
